You record a short presentation and written brief so progress can be measured objectively.

Train in workshops
Six live modules, each built around role-play, structured practice and immediate feedback.

Practise under pressure
Simulated client updates, difficult conversations and group discussions with peer and trainer review.

Re-record and compare
A final recording is scored against your baseline to show exactly what changed.

Outcomes are written as things you can point at, not as feelings. If a programme cannot produce evidence, it does not belong in the portfolio.
