The market is enormous. The readiness gap is the bottleneck.

India graduates talent at a scale few countries match. What is missing is a structured, accountable bridge between a degree and a first offer.

The Winz journey

Four stages from unsure to hireable.

This is the Placement Readiness Bootcamp: three months, aligned to your campus placement calendar, with the improvement documented rather than assumed.

  1. 01

    Assess

    Week 1–2

    Measure readiness across eight dimensions.

A proctored assessment covering technical depth, programming, aptitude, logical reasoning, communication, leadership, personality and industry awareness. It ends in a Personal Employability Report Card that ranks the gaps costing you the most offers.

  2. 02

    Train

    Week 3–8

Close the specific gaps, not generic ones.

Discipline-specific technical academies run in parallel with the Soft Skills Academy. Your resume is rebuilt for ATS compliance and your LinkedIn profile is repositioned around the keywords recruiters actually search.

  3. 03

    Interview

    Week 9–11

Rehearse with people who hire for a living.

One-on-one mock interviews with alumni across eight countries: technical rounds, behavioural rounds, HR rounds, group discussions and case studies. Every session ends with a live debrief and a written scorecard.

  4. 04

    Certify & connect

    Week 12

Leave with proof, not just practice.

You are re-assessed on the original eight dimensions and issued a verified final Employability Score. That scorecard, your interview record and your rebuilt profile go into the talent pool recruiters and placement cells draw from.

The deliverable

A Personal Employability Report Card.

Vague anxiety about placement season becomes a number you can act on. Every student is scored across the same eight dimensions, re-scored at the end of the programme, and issued a scorecard that recruiters and placement cells can trust because it was validated by practising professionals rather than self-reported.

  • Ranked gaps, not a wall of data

The report names the three gaps costing you the most offers and maps each to a Winz training track.

  • Validated by an alumni reviewer

A professional from your own discipline checks the machine scoring and adds qualitative notes.

  • Shareable with recruiters

One verified document your placement cell can attach to your profile and a recruiter can read in a minute.

Programmes

Nine programmes. One employability outcome.

Each programme solves a specific reason graduates get rejected. Take them individually, or take all of them as the three-month Placement Readiness Bootcamp.

Who it's for

Built for students, colleges and the people hiring them.

The same readiness layer serves three stakeholders at once. That alignment is what makes the model self-sustaining rather than dependent on goodwill.

Global mentor network

Interviewed by alumni in eight countries.

A graduate in Trivandrum can be interviewed by a senior engineer in Seattle on Monday and a project lead in Dubai on Thursday. That reach is the single biggest advantage of building this on an alumni network instead of a training vendor.

Why Winz exists

Learn. Grow. Win.

Initiated by the global alumni network of the College of Engineering Trivandrum (CET), Winz exists because alumni goodwill on its own has never been enough. Structure, funding, technology and accountability are what turn a well-intentioned initiative into a platform that is still delivering ten years from now.

Every fresh graduate should leave the campus with employability skills, ethical values, professional confidence and industry readiness.

The Winz operating principle
  • Vision

To become India's most trusted alumni-driven employability and professional development platform.

  • Mission

To bridge the academia–industry gap by leveraging global alumni expertise to develop ethical, employable and globally competent professionals.

  • Motto

Learn. Grow. Win. — the three things a graduate should be able to do in that order, and the standard we hold every programme to.
