Terms of Use
The terms that govern your use of winzcareer.com and your participation in Winz Career Accelerator programmes.
Last updated: 3 September 2026
01Acceptance of these terms
By using winzcareer.com or enrolling in any Winz Career Accelerator programme, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
02What Winz provides
Winz provides employability assessments, training, mock interviews, resume and profile reviews, mentorship and related career readiness services. Programmes are delivered primarily online, and on campus where a college has an institutional agreement with us.
03No guarantee of employment
This is the most important clause on the page. Winz improves readiness and evidences it; we do not and cannot guarantee a job offer, an interview call, a specific salary, a visa outcome or admission to any institution. Hiring decisions rest entirely with employers.
Any figures shown on this site describing scores, improvements or market size are illustrative or drawn from published third-party reports, and are not a promise of individual results.
04Enrolment and eligibility
- Programmes are intended for college students, recent graduates and alumni aged 16 or above.
- You must provide accurate information during registration and assessment. Misrepresentation invalidates any scorecard issued.
- Cohort places are limited and allocated in order of confirmed registration.
- Where your college has an institutional agreement, your eligibility and any subsidy are determined by that agreement.
05Fees, payment and refunds
- Fees are published per programme at the time of registration and are payable before a cohort begins.
- If Winz cancels a programme before it starts, fees paid are refunded in full.
- Once a programme has begun, fees are non-refundable except where required by law, because mentor time and assessment capacity have already been committed.
- Rescheduling a one-on-one session requires at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed without notice are treated as delivered.
06Assessment integrity
Assessments are proctored and scorecards are relied upon by placement cells and recruiters. Impersonation, plagiarism, unauthorised assistance or attempting to obtain question banks results in the immediate invalidation of your score and removal from the programme without refund.
07Mentors and conduct
- Mentors are volunteers and practising professionals who receive an honorarium. They represent themselves, not their employers.
- Mentor feedback is professional opinion offered in good faith and should be treated as guidance, not instruction.
- All participants and mentors are expected to behave respectfully. Harassment, discrimination or abusive conduct results in removal from the programme.
- Recording a session requires the explicit consent of everyone present.
08Intellectual property
Winz course materials, assessment instruments, question banks, report card formats, brand assets and site content are owned by Winz or its licensors. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, publish or use them to build a competing service.
You keep ownership of the content you submit, such as your resume and project work, and grant Winz a limited licence to use it in order to deliver the programme and to generate your scorecard.
09Acceptable use of this site
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
- Do not submit false enquiries, automated form submissions or malicious content.
- Do not scrape or systematically extract content, including candidate profiles.
10Third-party links
This site links to external services such as social networks. Winz is not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of those services.
11Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Winz is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of employment opportunity, arising from use of the site or participation in a programme. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid for the programme in question.
12Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will revise the last-updated date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction.
