Two hours a month. One graduate'strajectory.
Winz turns alumni goodwill into delivered sessions. You interview, teach or review; we handle the matching, scheduling and follow-up. Every session feeds directly into a student's verified employability score.

Six roles. Pick the one that fits your calendar.
Most mentors commit two to four hours a month. You can start with a single mock interview and scale up, or stop, at any point.
Mock interviewer
Run a realistic technical, behavioural or HR round exactly as you would at your own organisation, then debrief the student on the call.
45–60 min per session
Technical trainer
Teach the fundamentals of your discipline to a cohort grouped by branch, and review the applied projects they defend at the end.
1–2 sessions per cohort
Resume reviewer
Mark up structure, evidence and keywords on graduate resumes so they survive applicant tracking systems and read like professionals.
~30 min per resume
Career mentor
Take one matched student through the decision you have already made: higher studies, a domain switch, an international move or founding.
1 session per month
Founder advisor
Pressure-test business models, unit economics and pitch narratives for student and alumni founders in the entrepreneur network.
Founder clinics, ad hoc
Panel chair
Own the mentor panel for one discipline: recruit peers, set the question standard and sign off on the final employability scores.

You have probably volunteered before.
And you have probably watched a well-intentioned alumni initiative fade after eighteen months. Winz was designed specifically to remove the reasons that happens.
- 01
Your time is not wasted on logistics
Winz operations handles student matching, scheduling, reminders, reschedules and feedback collection. You show up and run the session.
- 02
Honorariums, not open-ended volunteering
Mentors receive an honorarium per delivered session. This is deliberate: paid commitments get honoured, and delivery stops depending on goodwill.
- 03
Structured, not improvised
Every session type has a rubric, a scorecard and a defined output, so your feedback compounds into the student's employability score.
- 04
You see the outcome
Mentors receive cohort-level results showing how the students they interviewed moved between their baseline and final scores.
