Global Mock Interviews
Interview confidence is built by being interviewed, not by reading about it. Winz connects students directly with alumni who sit on real hiring panels, so the first difficult question a graduate faces is asked by a mentor rather than by the employer they actually wanted.
You walk away with
Interview scorecard with per-competency feedback
- Duration
- 45 to 60 minutes per session
- Who it's for
- Final year students and recent graduates preparing to interview
- Format
- Live one-on-one video interviews with written feedback
What it covers.
Global Mock Interviews is built around these areas, each mapped to something recruiters actually screen for.
- Technical and domain interviews by discipline
- Behavioural and situational interviews
- HR and culture-fit rounds
- Group discussions and case rounds
- Salary and offer negotiation conversations
- International interview etiquette by region
Four stages, in order.
Nothing about the sequence is decorative. Each stage produces the input the next one needs.
- 1
Match with a mentor
We pair you with an alumnus working in your target discipline, company type and geography.
- 2
Interview live
A realistic, timed interview conducted exactly as the mentor would run it at their own organisation.
- 3
Debrief on the call
The final fifteen minutes are spent unpacking what worked, what did not, and how a hiring manager read your answers.
- 4
Iterate
You receive a written scorecard and can book follow-up rounds until your competency ratings hold steady.
What changes by the end.
Outcomes are written as things you can point at, not as feelings. If a programme cannot produce evidence, it does not belong in the portfolio.
- 01Rehearsed answers for the questions you are most likely to be asked
- 02Direct, specific feedback from someone who hires for a living
- 03A measurable confidence delta between your first and final session
- 04Region-specific coaching for GCC, European and US hiring norms
Other programmes worth stacking.
Most students combine two or three programmes. The bootcamp bundles all of them into a single three-month cohort.
